What the monthly price does not cover
Hardware, licences and anything you buy from a third party are yours and billed as they come. Bigger one-off work — a migration, a new office, recovery after a break-in — is 45 €/h, quoted before we start. We would rather name these here than let a monthly figure imply they are included.
Contract terms
If the contract ends before the twelve months are up, the website development is invoiced at 400 €.
When the contract ends normally, the website and the domain transfer to you.
All prices are excluding VAT (VAT 0 %).
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee that nothing will ever happen. Nobody honestly can. What we do is reduce the risk, watch continuously and react when something goes wrong.
Monitoring runs around the clock. Support is available on weekdays. Those are two different things and we will not blur them.
